Here's what I ate tonight: http://i1.tinypic.com/s27keb.jpg
That's smoked sausage inside a grass-fed beef meatloaf wrap with soba noodles and asparagus and some mashed avocado along side. The sauce on the noodles and meat was a mix of leftover things including a ginger-based barbecue sauce. -- modom |

It's usually a pile of brocoli, asparagus, or green beans, along with grilled chicken breast or lean pork chop. Other times might be just a big salad of mixed greens and the low fat blue cheese dressing that I make. > Christine, who might be coming through Phoenix in about 3 weeks. > Dinner? Yes, let me know when. I'm sure we could get together. -- Wayne Boatwright ożo ____________________ BIOYA |
