Default March 23 dinner

D's out of town. I madet this for dinner:

That's grass-fed beef with steamed carrots and a mixed greens salad.
The beef came from a huge T-bone, but I only at a little of it.
There's a sauce, too. It tasted really good.

Picture that plate with a small/medium sized baked potato, topped with
sour cream (light, if you must) instead of carrots.....
