The grain fed rib eyes won hands down. I'm going to try to find
another source for dry aged, grass fed beef as a double check, but the California grass fed wasn't any tastier than what I can get at the market - and that isn't saying much. The Allen Bros. (no plug intended) dry aged, grain fed is in a class by itself. Back to the drawing board...
