Default Late Lunch is Breakfast :)

I'm going to make a bacon, egg & cheese omelet for a late lunch. Will make
some buttermilk biscuits and have one or two I don't have any potatoes,
otherwise I'd cook up some home fries to go with and make it a complete
breakfast.

And yes, Dams, I'm still making 'Mince' for dinner! The side for that will
be steamed green beans and yellow squash.

So am I, after my nap. Or after American Idol, if my nap goes on for
too long. Not sure if I'm going to bother with a side. I'm pooped.

Uh, no... I happen to like grits but they weren't on the agenda today.
Maybe for breakfast tomorrow!

Oh that's right, it's Idol night! I have to get up early tomorrow; going
for an evaluation for possible LASIK surgery in the morning. Still, doesn't
take much steam to steam some veggies to go along with
