Lamb chops with a lamb stock/French mustard/olive/garlic sauce. On top is a mix of chopped fresh mint and lemon zest. The asparagus was roasted. On the left are pieces of grilled eggplant which I stuffed with lemon slices and tasso and drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice. -- modom |
