I make a simple chicken stew that I serve on egg noodles sprinkled
with lemon juice. Brown the chicken, cook some onions, garlic, etc, add
veggies you like and tomatoes and some chicken broth. Simmer, covered,
about 20 minutes. Take meat off bones and return to pot or not. Serve
over noodles.
