Thanks. I never thought of putting those together, but I know I would like
it. Tomorrow's snack! :-)

Ya know, I'm not low-carbing it, but this makes me wonder how it would be if
you put a good schmear of peanut butter down the center of a leaf of
romaine, squeezed a line or two of sriracha alongside, put a scallion on
top, and rolled it up. To make it even more bizarre, maybe put some
good-quality potato chips into the lettuce roll too. And maybe even a
sliced hard-boiled egg.

(If you think it needs lime, you can just squeeze a lime into a beer and
have that as an accompaniment.)

I think it sounds good, but I'd stop before I got to the chips and hard-
boiled egg.

I might try it but use pistachio bits and add cheese and avocado or guac
and still roll them up in quickly fried in oil flour tortillas. Maybe
quickly bake to melt the cheese.

New-age taquitos?

Better yet, throw some avocado on the top of the eggs! I love a good
avocado myself.
