Tomorrow's snack! :-) Ya know, I'm not low-carbing it, but this makes me wonder how it would be if you put a good schmear of peanut butter down the center of a leaf of romaine, squeezed a line or two of sriracha alongside, put a scallion on top, and rolled it up. To make it even more bizarre, maybe put some good-quality potato chips into the lettuce roll too. And maybe even a sliced hard-boiled egg. (If you think it needs lime, you can just squeeze a lime into a beer and have that as an accompaniment.) Bob |
