If anyone is wondering what to do with more cream cheese than you know what
to do with because you bought it at BJ's or Costco and haven't frozen it yet), here's what I had at breakfast this a.m. http://www.mrbreakfast.com/superdisp...?recipeid=1344 I used, tho, 10 ounces of cream cheese, though and 2-1/2 T flour and 1 T flour. I cooked them on an electric skillet for 3 min each side at 275ºF. Served with strawberry jam (strawberries first ingredient). Not bad. Dee dee |
