I *finally* made your stuffed mushrooms last night. Wow! I did make a few
substitutions, but they were excellent the way I made them.

Instead of parmesan, I had to use romano, because that's all I had. I
needed more filling (I didn't multiply your recipe enough for as many
'shrooms as I made) so I added cream cheese and bacon. I also didn't have
saltines so I used Ritz crackers. AND since I was low on EVOO, I used some
butter as well.

Still, it's an excellent recipe and I thank you!

P.S. I forgot to mention that my neighbors enjoyed them, too, and gobbled
them up!
