One of my favorite things to eat in the whole world is sauteed cubes of tempeh with mixed baby greens (lots of arugula!), red onion, cucumber and annie's goddess dressing wrapped in lavash or pita. yum! I have found that an advantage to going through a divorce is that I no longer feel guilty about cooking all the stuff I love that he hates and leaving him to fend for himself. Hell, there's leftover spaghetti and bologna and cheese if he wants to make a sandwich... -- saerah http://anisaerah.cmayes.net/blog/ "This morning, I woke up Feeling brand new and I jumped up Feeling my highs, and my lows In my soul, and my goals Just to stop smokin, and stop drinkin And I've been thinkin - I've got my reasons Just to get by, just to get by" -Talib Kweli |

For me the secret of a good vinaigrette is > making it an hour to a day in advance. GirRard's Caesar dressing is wonderful. For any cooking or pasta salad use, I also buy Paul Newman's Own for the very same reason as aem mentionws.
