Grilled Lemon-Herb Veal Chops none 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 3 garlic cloves; pressed 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves; crumbled 1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper 4 veal rib or loin chops, 1" thick Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and pepper; add veal chops and toss to coat. Let sit 20 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator. Prepare outdoor grill according to manufacturers directions for medium heat or heat broiler.
