I plan to make pavlova for my Memorial Day bash, and I made a practice
pavlova yesterday afternoon. I followed LadyJane's recipe, and I *think* I got it right: Is it supposed to be crisp on the outside, marshmallowy inside, and sunken in the middle? Bob |

That sounds pretty good Bob!
The depression in the middle is to hold the cream topped with strawberries, pineapple, banana or fruit of your choice. I am sure your guests will be very impressed. Regards Bronwyn Oz |
