Default Plums

I have two large plums that are too sour to eat plain. Considering we
are diabetics and will use sugar substitute, does anyone have a
suggestion on how we can use them in a dessert. I have googled and
haven't found a recipe divisible for that small quantity. tia....Sharon

Make a clafoiti with half plums, half cherries.

Or just cut them and toss them into a fresh fruit salad.

Simmer briefly with some sweetener, serv with Greek yoghurt. Cinnamon or a

Actually it's dh who eats the plums. Most fruit sends my blood sugar
through the ceiling. He actually consumed one of the last two before I
had a chance to do anything with them.....thanks....Sharon
