Strange Laws (talking about the Good Ol' Days heheh)
 

I remember one, where my parents grew up (McDonald, Ohio) it was illegal to
walk your duck without a leash :)

Was wondering where McDonald is. Near Zanesville, I see. Only 58 miles
north (on streets & trips) from where I grew up, in Belpre, Ohio.
Zanesville: home of Zane Grey, author; Zanesville named after his great
grandfather. I've known this name since I was a tyke.

OB Food: Today for late breakfast it will be some sort of rice/shrimp
stir-fry with whatever else I can find in the frig. Later on, it will be
pizza with dough made in bread machine to use up some extra cheese on hand
and a salad.
Looks like it's a clean-up, left-over sort of day.

McDonald got a stoplight in 1980! Woo hoo! It's not far from Warren, OH
and just a stones throw from Mineral Ridge. All huge places, as you can
imagine.

In Tennessee, it is against the law to drive a car while sleeping. Well
that makes some kinda sense :)

In Montgomery, Alabama, it is considered an offense to open an umbrella on a
street, for fear of spooking horses.

And another one from Alabama, it is illegal to wear a fake moustache that
causes laughter in church.

In Alaska it is against the law to fly your own plane without a gun on
board. as well as a few other "accessories"

while this may seem strange it is actually very practical up here as if
you go down you have something to protect you from bears as well as
something to help you get food

Because it's not against the law for them to have a bank account or to be
the passenger in a car? Or maybe for those people that can both see and
read Braille but the button are no longer readable that you need to use the
Braille system to 'read' the buttons!

It should be against the law for a lot of seeing people to drive in New York
(City), too!! <giggle>

I dunno... funny to think of some ways, huh?
