Swish barrel - cost -0.00 (hey I got it for the booze)
2nd hand electric bbq - 5 bucks
grill - 35 bucks (booo)

making your own barrel smoker...priceless

There isn't really any plans...find yourself an electric bbq and a
barrel...put them both in the back yard. Then get some beer and start
drinking and staring at the two until you see a plan in your head hehe.

the bottom is an UNGLAZED clay pot to take the heat from the burner
