Last week I gorged myself on said Materials (gopchang jeongol) at a Korean restaurant here in Düsseldorf, the Materials being presumably locally-grown. A few weeks ago, I committed the same thing (Kutteln Zurich-style) at a well-known Zürich restaurant, with the Materials being definitely locally-grown. Victor |
