I made brunch around 1 PM: An omelette with garlic, dill, parsley, shrimp,
and sautéed sunflower greens. With it I had orange-tangerine juice, 3 slices
of toasted Trader Joe's "Ezekiel" bread, and iced coffee with milk and a
sprinkling of Penzey's Ceylon Cinnamon.

For dinner at work tonight, I'm going to have marjoram chicken (like
tarragon chicken, only with marjoram), grated yellow squash and cauliflower
cooked in butter with salt, parsley, and savory; dinner rolls, and a
nectarine for dessert. I brought unsweetened raspberry-quince iced tea to
drink.

I had watermelon. I took it to work yesterday but didn't get to it. Was
exactly what I needed for lunch today - light and made me feel less guilty
for not drinking water like I/we should.
