In Europe all additives are coded differently than in the US. They use
the E-numbers. Finally I found a nice site that shows the E-numbers in a proper way (also in Spanish !). OK, they are not used in recipes, but you see them all over Europe on the labels. the site is : http://www.food-info.net |
