Default Hey, Kimberly!! Minnesota Mooshy!

We went to Fong's in Savage for chow mein. Meen-a-soh-ta Mooshy reigns.
They make their "plain" chow mein with ground pork (yick) and, I swear,
celery only - not even an onion or bean sprouts - , cooked to a
faretheewell. I had the chicken chow mein, which was the plain chow
mein with slices of beautifully cooked and moist chicken breast slices
on top of it. "That's different." :-) Rob thought their egg roll was
good; I had the eggs foo young (part of the combo) and detected a raw
starch taste throughout most of it. It had onions, though. :-) $7.50
for the privilege.

OK, I am completely salivating and turning a loverly shade of emerald now!
I am hoping to head that way during the latter weeks of August in order to attend the
family reunion again this year, and the sprout wants to come too, so keep your
fingers crossed!
As usual, I'll have to fill up on my favorite dish at least a half dozen times during
my stay....
