Default If it wouldn't be asking too much . . .

Would it be possible to end the kilikini meta-threads
at the end of today? By "meta-thread", I mean the lines
of discussion which have diverged (by at least two levels
of indirection) from the original thread of kilikini
and her current situation.

Can you all just say your piece and have an end to it
by the end of today? I must admit guilt in having made
a small contribution to these meta-threads, which I now
dearly regret.

I know this will require some of you to allow the other
party to have the last word, but I have learned that
that is often the best response. It makes them look
immature, at least relative to yourself. :-)

Or, one can change the subject line like I did on the one.

But thread drift can get interesting!
One never knows when a subject change in a thread can actually become
something you might want to read.

I try to remember to do it, but don't always. My bad. ;-)

That's when you start an *entirely new thread*, instead of hijacking
the original.

Not many things in RFC are as annoying as this.

Looking at some more recent posts, this was in vain.

I salute you for trying!
