I would sure appreciate any other Indian sites you have and use. My favorites a www.epicurious.com includes Gourmet and Bon Appetite magazine plus others www.foodtv.com has all of the Food channel, including Emeril's recipes www.recipezaar.com all sorts; you can compute recipe size online. www.recipesource.com I understand this started at UC Berkeley from professors and wives and husbands. It is largely home cook posts. The volume is huge. You get great ideas from this. Kent > |

There's a food blog that I look at now and then, often with pleasing results. The author, Barbara Fisher, seems to be an excellent cook and a food enthusiast without being snobbish or flaky. I don't agree with all her opinions but I've been happy with the recipes I've tried from her site. She is willing to make the extra efforts that can distinguish a good dish from an outstanding one, and she's pretty good at describing any special work or technique that the dish requires. -aem http://www.tigersandstrawberries.com/ |
