Default It's a big old sausage fest in here!

I finally got around to making my sausage today. After boning a pork shoulder
I had 3 1/2 pounds of meat cut into chunks and waiting. That's when I
discovered I could not find the corkscrew part that goes in my meat grinder
attachment (I also lost the little ring that goes in my ice cream maker to
hold the handle in place, no mexican chocolate ice cream this week )

So I ran the meat through the food processer on pulse. The texture is a bit
uneven but fairly right on.

3 pounds pork shoulder, ground
3 tbl penzeys sausage seasoning
1 tbl fennel seed
1 1/2 tbl smoked spanish paprika
1/2 tsp penzeys ground chipotle 1 tbl penzeys greek seasoning (I don't know
why, it just called to me so i added it)

Mixed it all together. Divided it into 7 half pound lumps. Froze six and fried
one up, added pasta sauce and had me some good pasta dinner.

Heather,

How do you lose parts? They're not like socks that can get up and walk
away, only to be killed curbside.

Have you looked in the bottom of the dishwasher?

I looked everywhere, including in my pants!
I've not used either of these things since I moved last year. I'm sure that
they were packed in a strange box and then unpacked by david and shoved
somewhere.
