Default Healthy meal contest, prize $50 by the boatright foundation

Prepare a healthy meal and you could win $50

It's free-style cooking

No holds barred chefs from hell are welcome

deadline, next sat at 5, vote @ 1-900-555-BLFM (Better lunch for me)

..30c per vote, vote as many times as you like
-----

box wine
(you get a good buzz off of box wine)

hot yeast roll and herbed whipped butter
melange of baby field greens, walnuts and tangerines, champagne
dressing

pork medallions w/ champagne and orange chutney, some peas, a micro
scoop of garlic mashed potatoes, small blanched spinach, carrots

choices for desert I got watermelon, jello, choc pate' w/raspberry
vinaigrette, or cheesecake

see my take on dieting and health is have what your body asks for
who knows you better than you

fine white flour can gum your guts up, sugary treats are bad for teeth,
aged red wine and other wine is good for digestion

I like meat, but I could live on vegetables alone, you don't have to
have meat to live
vegetables also means pulse, as in heart rate pulse

but everything is good, something do require moderation...
knowledge is a part of good health

but the rule is the higher the water content in the food you're having
the better it is for you
roots are good and earthy, I think they make you live extra long eating
from deeper dirt
bugs and stuff have done rotted into that turnip, proteins, like a
beefy cow eating green grass or a 900 LB gorilla eating green leaves
only

if you were to go veggies only, but you are accustomed to lots of meat
and maybe McDonalds twice a week.. or equivalent, you'll detoxify at
first, could have headache, bloating, withdrawal type feelings, severe
grease cravings, heart palpitations, chest pains, nausea,
sleeplessness... so pasty eaters should go slow and definitely visit a
doctor first

but I like meats too, cheese, eggs, milk, i usually buy wheat bread of
white wheat
so im not extreme, one thing I don't do, I don't buy ice cream, i could
just see a half gallon piling on my love handles. it's alright, I have
had my share... I get enough good deserts without even looking for one,
like when visiting some-ones house

Cough up the money wayne, I got 7 more emails to guarantee me a win
