Default Salsa and Sauce ...

I like good salsa. I live in Austin and there is a lot of good Mexican food
here so I get to try out some interesting salsas and unusual sauces. Anyone
ever tried Texas caviar? I made some last week that was spectacular! I was
fortunate enough to get a good mess of fresh black eyed peas so I put them
to good use. If anyone wants the recipe I will post it. For those that like
the fruitier salsa, try Jardine's Prairie Peach salsa. Good stuff. It's not
very hot but it's real tasty. Rose's is a good one too with big chunks of
garlic and cilantro, if you can find it. If you like stuff hot, use some
Dave's Insanity Sauce as an addition to something. It's a good cooking
sauce. Do NOT - I repeat Do NOT spread it on a Ritz cracker to see if it's
really hot - trust me - it is. If you like hot sauces and you don't mind
waiting for an internet order, check out Professor Phartpounders Colon
Cleaner. (Yes, that is really what they call it) -
http://tinyurl.com/qlsvf - It's a scotch bonnet sauce and very tasty! I'm
going to try Goomba38's suggestion and check out the Paul Newman pineapple
stuff, I never knew it existed. Any other good ones?

I am going to get a bottle of Colon Cleaner. I usually try different
things, mostly pasta sauces from around the country. Most restaurants
that put out there own sauces.

Anyway, I went to Newman's site and saw some interesting salsas. Check
it out:

Plus their other stuff:

Thanks for the tip about the colon cleaner. I am sure after eating
some, that is exactly what it will do. The question, however, begs:
when and where

I didn't google it, so shoot me, but there used to be a catalog called
Mo'Hotta Mo'Betta that sold only hot sauces..........some of the great ones
like 'Slap my Ass and Call Me Sally'........'Colon Burn' ...etc.
