Default It's cold, so it's a hot lunch today

Tasmanian Salmon pieces in a sour light cream and thickened cream/white
wine sauce with some veges very finely chopped up through the sauce.
(Carrots, broccoli, a bitta garlic, some cheese, some dill, a bitta parsley
and cracked pepper.)

I'd have a glass of (white) wine with it, but I have an appointment with
the school principal (Ma'am!!) in an hours time.
