If it warrants, I have a pencil and a piece of paper and an envelope. Has
worked well for me for 50+ years now, but thanks anyway. If, however, I do
go blind or my fingers fall off, I'll be sure to ask your help.

I had a carton of the reduced-fat product (not really ice cream) that
tasted gritty. They sent me out a coupon to replace it. That's about
what I expect from most large companies for that sort of thing.
