My suggestion would be to start keeping track of the taco trucks that
seem to have more or less permanent locations. Look for the one that
do a lot of business at all hours of the day and night. You're more
likely to find the good stuff there than in an OC restaurant. -aem

There's a roach coach that can be found over by the carwash at the 5
and Crown Valley (the side of the 5 opposite the Shops of Mission
Viejo) - no kidding, it carries great Mexican stuff.
