Default Popcorn

I don't eat it very often any more either...

But when I do, I pour just enough (sunflower) oil to cover the bottom of
a (thick based) pot. I then turn up the heat to max and add enough
popcorn kernels to cover the bottom of the pan. Shove on the lid... and
wait until it "pops" - which only takes about 2 minutes! Once done, I
throw the popcorn into a bowl and sprinkle some salt over it, give it a
shake - and thats it. Chow down time - all pigs to the trough
Boring, I know. But its YUMMY.

Oh yeah, then I turn off the stove
