Default should I be patient or...

Fuchsia Dunlop's new book, The Revolutionary Chinese Cookbook,
is out in England. Should I order it from there, and use a
converter for the measurements, or should I wait? Waiting is
SO hard. :-)

What the hell.

It's the best reason I've heard to just go metric.

That may be true! (After I asked this I suddenly wondered
whether her other book used both measuring systems.
Unfortunately that was not the case.)

It's missing the food-energy conversion calculator (Calories to Joules).
