Part of my early childhood was spent in Kashmir. Even after 25 years, I
can not forget the taste of some of the vegetarian dishes that used to be served in Kasmiri Weddings :- Kashmiri Dum Aloo HAAK ( I think it was something like Collard Leaves) Paneer Can somebody give me *authentic* Kasmiri Recipies for the above? Yet, another thing that I remember and crave for sometimes (but never get it) is Katlam. It was like a flaky baked round shaped hollow bread like snack. Does any body know about it? I may have the wrong name for it. Thanks, AJ |
