Fire-Grilled Munchies
Everything today is light and luscious. This lively
menu starts with Gazpacho Monterey that’s a cool and
simple way to eat your veggies. Next is a simple
Shrimp with Avocado "Ceviche" that is so flavorful,
you won’t even realize it’s good for you. On the side,
Sandra has a Cool Couscous Salad that brings together
so many ingredients, your taste buds will thank you.
For dessert, she’s serving some very elegant Pears
with Almond and Chantilly Cream. Then it's time for
Sandra's Tangerine Champagne, a cocktail that is tart,
bubbly and sophisticated.

Grilled Texas Mesquite Toast. As a side, try Texas
Mashed Potato Salad. And for a decadent treat every

What the **** is "mashed potato salad"?
Didn't she already do this cowgirl theme recently?

Desert Dinner Party
Any day is a perfect day for a beautiful Desert Dinner
Party. Sandra's house is decked out in an exotic palm
tree motif, and her recipes are just as decadent. But
she made them super simple and super delicious. Your
guests are going to love this dinner party! First up,
Sandra's Broccoli Slaw, which is light, crispy and
perfect for a party. Then, her steamy Bourbon Baked
Beans, which are both sweet and smoky. On to the main
course: Chili-Rubbed Pork Chops With Warm Mango Salsa—hot,
spicy and simple. The dessert, Cranberry Vanilla Can
Cakes, is fun to make and just as fun to eat. Then it's
cocktail time! Sandra has two tropical drinks: an Oasis
Martini that's tart and sophisticated, and her Palm
Springs Punch, which whisks you away to the calm of
the desert.

Just how are palm trees "decadent"?

Anniversary Lounge
Why go out to a fancy restaurant to make your
anniversary special when you can just stay home and
make an easy, romantic meal? Sandra has created a
sophisticated crystal lounge, and an elegant menu,
to make a perfect anniversary party. It all starts
with slow-cooked Hot Honeyed Spareribs with chili,
garlic and some special shortcuts. Then it's Red
Pepper and Tapenade Slices that are so light and
crispy, you won't save them just for special occasions.
Next up, an elegant White Pizza that works as an
appetizer or a main course. For dessert, it's simple
and scrumptious Oatmeal Rum Cookies. Then it's cocktail
time with a Key Lime Martini.

"Anniversary Party"? Oh yeah, who doesn't want to cook a meal for their
anniversary, not to mention a heavy romantic dinner with garlic and spices?

Now it's the reverse cowgirl. She's nothing if not
a source of variety. Yee-haw!
