Fire-Grilled Munchies
Everything today is light and luscious. This lively
menu starts with Gazpacho Monterey that’s a cool and
simple way to eat your veggies. Next is a simple
Shrimp with Avocado "Ceviche" that is so flavorful,
you won’t even realize it’s good for you. On the side,
Sandra has a Cool Couscous Salad that brings together
so many ingredients, your taste buds will thank you.
For dessert, she’s serving some very elegant Pears
with Almond and Chantilly Cream. Then it's time for
Sandra's Tangerine Champagne, a cocktail that is tart,
bubbly and sophisticated.

Desert Dinner Party
Any day is a perfect day for a beautiful Desert Dinner
Party. Sandra's house is decked out in an exotic palm
tree motif, and her recipes are just as decadent. But
she made them super simple and super delicious. Your
guests are going to love this dinner party! First up,
Sandra's Broccoli Slaw, which is light, crispy and
perfect for a party. Then, her steamy Bourbon Baked
Beans, which are both sweet and smoky. On to the main
course: Chili-Rubbed Pork Chops With Warm Mango Salsa—hot,
spicy and simple. The dessert, Cranberry Vanilla Can
Cakes, is fun to make and just as fun to eat. Then it's
cocktail time! Sandra has two tropical drinks: an Oasis
