If you have any stuffing for the peppers left after you stuff the buggers,
try putting it in jalepeno peppers. I did that the other day and they were
to die for. Would work as an appetizer at a function of your choice if you
just made the pepper stuffing mix and filled multitudes of little jalapenos
and let them go in the crock pot for a couple of hours.
