Thanks! Up to now, I thought Hatch was a brand name on a can or jar...
instead it's a region like Vidalia, Walla Walla and Maui.

What's wrong with mentioning Sheryl? She was a fine contributor to

See if you can find Hatch chiles in the market, Michael...otherwise
that stew won't have that NM "flavor" to it.... Anaheim chiles, while
'almost' the same thing, just don't have the right flavor.
