A long-time family friend is coming for dinner tonight -- she loves
my Fettucini Con Crema so I'm serving that with aem's Tonkatsu Pork
Chops and some sort of green veggie (haven't decided which one yet,
probably green beans). She's bringing dessert; I'm hoping chocolate
will be involved.

I'm going to take a photo of the fettucini for the rfc site -- it's
what I consider my "signature dish", because people ask me to make it
more than anything besides my cheesecake. Unfortunately, I'll have to
use my film camera, so I won't get to see the photo for a while. I
should have borrowed Sibling's digital camera yesterday, dang it...
