It's pretty good, flavorful and not too salty, and reduces well without becoming metallic or mineral-y tasting. I *wish* they'd get a Penzeys here! I used to walk over to the one in St Paul all the time when we lived on Lincoln, near Grand ave. Sometimes I didn't even buy anything ;-). kimberly |
