Well Joe I'm a little surprised that an event to showcase the varied organic foods grown and available locally would only offer them to the public for two hours. Although I do notice the who event is only four hours long which seems very short for a food event. You'd think with tasty food available that they'd run the event for a couple of days on a weekend and be serving up food all day long. |

Maybe it was arranged by someone stupid. My band got roped into playing at a benefit for an animal shelter this weekend. Get this: 1/2 hour drive to get there, set up for 1/2 hour, play for 1 hour. Then, the next band goes through the same torment. Non-profit organizations (and entities which pretend to be) are run by people who couldn't meet the quality standards to be on church committees. :-) |
