Check out "The Splendid Table" this weekend on PBS. It's a repeat broadcast
in which a recapper from TWOP comments on the Food network and makes some brilliant and dead-on comments about SLop. If your station doesn't carry it, you can also catch it on their website: http://splendidtable.publicradio.org/ Here's her specific comments on SLop: http://www.tdiggs.net/missalli.mp3 -- "Bunny's ability to take ingredients that I love and put them together into something stomach wrenching is unparalleled." -- bookwirm |

Ditto Bobby Flay though. That man has the charisma of a pile of wet laundry that's been sitting for a month. I tune out whenever he's on, although I occasionally want to watch him on the "competition" shows so I can see him get his ass handed to him by a homemaker from Poughkeepsie. |

Ever. I'm *so* glad I don't give them money. "The Splendid Table" isn't on TV on PBS. It's on radio - as mentioned earlier, it can be found at http://splendidtable.publicradio.org/. Check the listing for your local public radio station. Or listen to the segment by going he http://www.publicradio.org/tools/med...0:00:41: 00.5 |

Ever. I'm *so* glad I don't give them money. It was on PBS radio, actually. -- It is simply breathtaking to watch the glee and abandon with which the liberal media and the Angry Left have been attempting to turn our military victory in Iraq into a second Vietnam quagmire. Too bad for them, it's failing. |
