Default SLop on The Splendid Table

Check out "The Splendid Table" this weekend on PBS. It's a repeat broadcast
in which a recapper from TWOP comments on the Food network and makes some
brilliant and dead-on comments about SLop. If your station doesn't carry it,
you can also catch it on their website: http://splendidtable.publicradio.org/

Here's her specific comments on SLop:

That was hilarious. What can I say. Funnel cakes with
bisquick and vanilla coffee creamer. The woman reviewing
was so funny. I am going to try to hear the whole show.

grr. you got me to search our PBS station, and of course they don't
show this show. Ever. I'm *so* glad I don't give them money.

Ditto Bobby Flay though. That man has the charisma of a pile of wet
laundry that's been sitting for a month. I tune out whenever he's on,
although I occasionally want to watch him on the "competition" shows so
I can see him get his ass handed to him by a homemaker from Poughkeepsie.

earlier, it can be found at http://splendidtable.publicradio.org/.
Check the listing for your local public radio station. Or listen to

It was on PBS radio, actually.

It is simply breathtaking to watch the glee and abandon with which
the liberal media and the Angry Left have been attempting to turn
our military victory in Iraq into a second Vietnam quagmire. Too bad
for them, it's failing.
