Miguel is 39 today -- we've already had a party (pizza and
homemade ice cream), but I promised to make him a rotisseried
med-rare beef roast seasoned with garlic and S&P, served with
crunchy baked potatoes and sour cream. AAMOF, I'd better get
busy... :-)

<grin> It turned out beautifully. We went to B&R for dessert,
as our 4 month old Lab graduated from Puppy Kindergarten tonight,
and we wanted to celebrate...
