What's a good dipping sauce for cold steak?
I've got a leftover top sirloin cooked rare that I'm gonna slice up in
thin strips... and I'm in the mood for a good dipping sauce to accompany it... any of you have a favorite recipe? ~john |

Their version is similar to an herb relish like gremolata. I see if you do a web search for "cuban cilantro steak recipe" you'll find lots of recipes to try, and more specific if you try "mojo" Here's an interesting one I found that mixes in yogurt for a dressing.
