Summer Flower by Jamie Gordon

2 parts Beefeater Gin Summer Edition
½ part Hibiscus Syrup
¾ part fresh lemon juice
1 dash orange bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon zest.

Sea Fizz

1 part Pernod Absinthe
1 part Simple Syrup
1 part lemon juice
Egg white

Shake ingredients over ice and serve in a rocks glass.
