National Piña Colada Day
 

July 10th was National Piña Colada Day. Now that the holiday has come and gone for another year, I had some fun thinking of variations to the tropical drink. Here is a fun twist to the classic which nixes the coconut flavor that you can enjoy all summer. Enjoy!

Melon Colada
1 part Hiram Walker Melon Liqueur
1 part Malibu rum
1 part Pineapple juice
1 part Colada Mix

Blend with crushed ice and serve in a hurricane glass.
