A1 Steak Sauce
 

Is anyone enough of a follower of A1 Sauce to have noted that there
appear to be two different spellings of the name?

Kraft spells it A.1. , with periods.

Intercorp spells it A1 , no periods

The Intercorp one appears to be for the Canadian market as it has on
the label both the English wording and the mandatory French wording.

Intercorp's site says that they bought the sauce back in 1999.

Did A1 get "licenced" by two different companies?
