Doubt so, but lots of cereals, but not so much wheat, more of barley
etc. and when everything failed, bread of ground bark, often from elm,
but also dried fir, especially from the layer within the bark of fir
which was dried before grinding. The rich ones of course had big
feasts on lots of meat etc. astoningishly lots of food. They had to
throw up many times during a meal to get down everything. (But the
recipes don't tell exactly how many presents there were at medieval
kingly weddings, so perhaps the tons of food also was for the servants
etc., not only the guests. If the last, each person had to eat several
kg of food on each servings, so I guess there must be many more served
than mentioned in documentations.
