In my memory, British Heinz "Salad Cream" closely if not quite corresponded
with the Kraft "Miracle Whip", a sweetened 'cooked" may popular in the US.
Another claims it has much more vinegar.

Since I've never has Miracle Whip, I wouldn't know how different they
are. What I remember about Salad Cream is that it's revolting! It's so
easy to make my own mayo that I just do that.
