7. Payment mode(ins and outs payment)::
8. Buyer's name and contact information
9. Buyer's bank coordinates, including bank name, address, account name and
number
10. Authorized signature and company seal.

Upon receipt of Buyer's LOI (or ICPO)and BCL our Seller will extend you a
Full Corporate Offer (FCO) directly from our Seller to start the process.
The FCO will lock the prices and be valid for 48 hours.

For the Buyer to accept our Seller's FCO: Please sign, seal, date, and
return directly to our Seller. Then the sales price will be locked, and we
will send a draft contract to Buyer.
Both Seller and Buyer must agree on the terms and conditions prior to
exchanging signed contract copies.

To activate the L/C: Buyer will issue a Bank Guaranteed, non-operative L/C
in exchange for the Seller's Performance Bond (PB). L/C becomes operative
after it is received by our Seller's bank and shipping will start.
