My friend is starting an online business which helps "Hosts" make a little money and helps "Guests" find interesting things to do locally - when at home or on holiday.

The business is a market place where anyone (small business / individual) can list an activity for sale. Hosts offer their Skill, Knowledge and Services to Guests who want to learn new skills or have new experiences. The focus is initially on food and drink - for example; barista training, pizza making, wine tasting, break making, cheese tasting... It's like ebay for experiences.

Host and Guests will communicate and book via the website and reviews and feedback will help to build the community.
