Default I've been fired!

First time ever in my life... being fired from a non-paying gig!

Remember sometime ago I was bragging about being published in a really neat
cooking website?

Did not last long. She wanted recipes, I wanted to give the culture of food
as prepared and consumed in Mexico. To share the joy.

Shows how little interest there is in the Mexican food culture thing and how
important it is to publish recipes.

Interesting.

Wayne

That is all we also want Wayne, recipes. Your hidden agenda to validate
your momma is not needed and not authentic

Ouch! Take it easy on the guy... Wayne is cool even though I disagree
with him sometime. This is a discussion group and so we discuss. If it
was alt.food.mexican-cooking-recipes I would agree.

Who is this "we" you refer to? If the only thing I wanted was recipes,
I'd look in my books or check in on rec.food.recipes. There's more to
enjoying food than check lists of what goes into the pot when.

I was trying to think of something clever to say which would show others just
how ignorant you really are. I realized however you have done a perfect job all
by yourself.

Go out an buy another bag of Doritos...

When you said "I was trying to think", you should have stopped there.
For this K-6 drivel, you profess to have a PhD? Is your CV like the list
of cuisines you have been exposed to? Hope you got immunized for all those
exposures

BTW, your yammering about Maillard Reaction not being about caramelizing the
sugars was a complete subterfuge for using carrots in the Ragu you called
Chili. You still do not know what kind or how many chiles were in your
recipe do you?

All this tough talk about Doritos is pretty scary, Slick, I shake in my
boots as I write this, but I still say go post a recipe and show me you
can cook or shut up

What does posting a recipe have to do with knowing how to cook?

Well after reading the BS about disc plow cooking from Dos Gringos I do not
think I can argue with you Dave, certainly I can't pick a nit here. It is
obvious they cannot cook, most certainly not translate ingredients and the
original post was as pointedly prejudice and childish as anything he has
ever posted here. These hidden agendas keep going forward, for whatever
reasons. I just want to know if your good with all that?
