I would think it would be a packaged mix. Have you ever bought mixes
in Mexico? Then again, it's the whole experience of buying the pancakes in the open air, on holiday, from a colourfully painted street cart, that makes the pancakes taste the way they do. yes I tried mexican mixes and they are different, but not as the

I never bought them from street vendors, but have had pancakes in
restaurants in Mexico, they are sooooo good! Quite different than what we have it. If anyone can come up with a recipe, I'd sure appreciate it!
