An addition to my website:
Arroz con Leche, which I very much like, is so simple that I had not thought to do a picture story about it. But after about the 10th e-mail request, I decided to do it. For lunch today Doņa Martha made tostadas and arroz con leche. One of tostada toppings she made is my new favorite -- chopped ham mixed with chopped deviled eggs. While lunch was cooking, one of the grandkids brought in some chips and an unlabeled plastic squeeze bottle of a cheese-like yellow stuff. It has got to be the most tasteless dip/spread ever. I don't see why people would pay money for that stuff. But I digress. As always comments and suggestions are welcome. http://rollybrook.com/arroz_con_leche.htm |
