When making rice, do not lift the lid off the pan while it is cooking.
Also when it is done do not lift the lid for at least five minutes, then
fluff with a fork.

Hope this helps you. I am not sure what you were looking for.

How original! A five year old is posting to afm-c!

I sometimes use lemons or limes for seafood. Also throw your fresh
chiles under the broiler then remove when blistered and put it a
plastic bag, you will find that the skin peels off rather easily.

Buy a take away its easier! Or when making pasta dough make sure you
leave it in the fridge for a while, especially if your cutting your own
lasagna sheets. I rushed some and it got so warm it stuck to
everything, used so much extra flour it ended up like a tortilla.

You really need to go away, you have a terrible attitude plus obviously
you are not
contributing anything to afm-c.
